Founder, Owner and President of M2 Engineering, PLLC, Mr. Salinas has over 13 years of experience in water resources, drainage infrastructure, land development, sanitary sewer, water, and street design. He has designed, and construction managed residential, commercial and municipal projects in various areas in Texas. Mr. Salinas is bilingual in English and Spanish.
